OŚWIADCZENIA W ZAKRESIE TREŚCI CYFROWYCH



1. Wyrażam zgodę na przesłanie dokumentu umowy zawartej poza lokalem przedsiębiorstwa (lub na odległość) lub potwierdzenia jej zawarcia oraz potwierdzenia otrzymanie mojej zgody na dostarczenie treści cyfrowych w okolicznościach powodujących utratę prawa odstąpienia od umowy poprzez przesłanie wiadomości e-mail na adres[adres email Konsumenta].
2. Zgodnie z art. 38 ustawy o prawach konsumenta, w przypadku zawarcia poza lokalem przedsiębiorstwa lub na odległość umowy, której przedmiotem jest dostarczanie treści cyfrowych niezapisanych na nośniku materialnym, wyrażenie zgody na dostarczenie ww. treści cyfrowych przed upływem terminu do odstąpienia umowy, skutkuje tym że Konsumentowi nie przysługuje prawo odstąpienia od umowy.
Oświadczam, iż zostałem poinformowany o skutkach wyrażenia zgody na dostarczenie treści cyfrowych, które nie są zapisane na nośniku materialnym przed upływem terminu do odstąpienia umowy.

1. I hereby agree to send me a distance or off-premise contract’s document or confirmation of contract’s conclusion. I agree to obtain a confirmation of delivering my approval on gaining of digital content in the circumstances resulting in the loss of the right of withdrawal from a contract through an e-mail [consumer’s e-mail address].
2. Pursuant to Art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights, conclusion a distance or off-premise contract on providing digital content not recorded on the durable media, approval of the above mentioned providing digital content before the expiration of the right of withdrawal from a contract results in the loss of the right of withdrawal from a contract. I declare that I was informed about the consequences of giving consent to obtain digital content not recorded on a the durable media before the date of an exercise consumer’s right of withdrawal from a contract.
